Pre-appointment details
costumers should arrive on time or little before, since our schedule is thigh, we will work on the period of time you booked, but if you come late, then the time will be short. our services are to make the costumers happy and relax, the delays will cause stress and will disturb these results.

Cancellation policies
for cancellations or reschedule, you should call us at least 3 hours prior your appointment, other than that, we will charge you the amount of the 50% of the appointment price, same with the no-show at the appointment.

Payment policies
Payment method: we accept all type of payment: cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, apple pay, google pay.
Payment Fee: for the transaction we will charge extra 3% of the total session price.
Tips: You should add tips for the therapist, Tips are required but it is not included on the session prices. if you do not include the amount of tips, we will add an extra charge for 30% of the session price.
Cancellations: please call us at least 3hrs before your appointment for cancel or reschedule, if not we are not obligated to refund or return the 50% of the session price.
